Ilana is a co-founder of OFF MARKET and an exited entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. She previously founded and sold TUSOL Wellness, a premium wellness brand. Earlier in her career, she worked in elite hospitality environments including The French Laundry and Meadowood Napa Valley, where discretion and an understanding of high-net-worth clientele were essential. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
She co-founded OFF MARKET after observing that many accomplished individuals struggle to find the right partner simply because modern dating is highly inefficient for people whose time is limited.
Danielle Mangat
Danielle is a co-founder of OFF MARKET and a strategist based in Los Angeles. She previously worked across luxury fashion and entrepreneurial consumer brands, where she specialized in operations, growth strategy, and collaborating closely with leadership and executive teams. Through this experience, she developed a strong instinct for understanding people — how they think, what they value, and how lifestyle and ambition shape compatibility.
Danielle was drawn to matchmaking after years of naturally introducing friends, colleagues, and acquaintances who later formed lasting relationships. Those experiences sparked a deeper interest in the dynamics that make partnerships work and ultimately led her to co-found OFF MARKET.
